Shipping & Returns

Christmas Delivery 

Please see our order cut-off dates for delivery before Christmas. All orders will be processed within 24 business hours. 

Our office will be dispatching orders until we close at 11am AEDT Friday 19 December 2025. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders which have been made after the below dates.   

Australia Post has reintroduced weekend deliveries to handle the holiday rush, with some parcels being delivered on weekends leading up to Christmas. 

Australia Post Delivery Cut Off Times 

Within Australia (Except WA and NT): Wednesday 17 December

WA, TAS & NT: Monday 15 December

The dates provided above are for items posted to metro locations. If you are outside a metro area; we recommend placing an order ASAP to receive delivery by Christmas. Australia Post has reintroduced weekend deliveries to handle the holiday rush, with some parcels being delivered on weekends leading up to Christmas. 

Christmas Office Closure 

Please note our office will be closed from 2pm Friday 19 December 2025 and will re-open on Monday 5 January 2026. Orders placed during this time will be processed upon our return.

 

Shipping Rates

Free shipping for retail orders over $100 AUD. Free shipping excludes professional spray tan solution. Same day dispatch for orders placed before 11am AEST. 

Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery. Most orders will ship out within a business day of ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays) however some orders may take 24-48 hours to process.  

Orders below $100 AUD are charged a flat delivery rate of $10 AUD within Australia.

All orders are sent via Australia Post or a courier service to ensure fast and safe delivery to your door. During sale and promotional periods, please allow additional days for processing your order due to high volume of orders.

 

Return Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns for incorrect colour or product choices. We accept no responsibility for returned goods that are lost in transit.

Faulty Goods
Our Quality Control team will always try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In rare circumstances that your item has a defect, please send it back to us. Items will be inspected by our Product Assessment team and if the item is deemed faulty we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight and re-stocking charges.

Should you receive any damaged or incorrect products upon receipt of your order, please phone Head Office immediately and quote your invoice number. This product will need to be returned to head office with a Goods Return Form within 7 days from the invoice. The correct product will be sent out and invoiced immediately. Credit notes will not be issued until the product has been received back to Head Office. Once goods are accepted they are under “Buyers Care”.
